Valérian Blondin, owner of a house in Hérault, wants to file a complaint. He doesn’t know if he can get back the 13,000 euros already paid. “I will await the arrival of the expert and the bailiff before doing so. After several months, I got solar panels and a battery, but KM did some DIY: it didn’t work. I haven’t heard in months. His mailbox is full, it’s a bit easier! »
Maryse Michel, the owner of a house in Ariège, called a bailiff to recover the 6,500 euros she still owes. When they placed an order for self-consumption panels last November, she and her husband hope to reap the benefits soon. Their checks for 16,000 euros were cashed, but the products were never received. “A few days ago, I appealed to a surety who was going to KM’s premises to recover the balance. Meanwhile, my husband died, and I partly blame him for that. It’s about my money. My friend was very angry with himself for trusting him. »
KM’s brother, Kévin, worked with him for a few years. “We still don’t have any reports. When his customers who no longer have any news look back at me, if they haven’t paid for the installation, I try to help them. I don’t know why the brother is selling benefits. I hope this stops. »
