According to leaker Ice Universe, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will adopt very thin borders.
When it comes to smartphone fans, there are two types of people. On the one hand, those who don’t care at all about the borders around the screen, find that you’re used to everything. On the other hand, the so-called ultras camp of borders will sell mom and dad for a smartphone with thin and even borders. The iPhone 15 Pro Max could give them some grain to grind.
According to Ice Universe, often a leaker with more reliable projections, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will stand out from its predecessors with thinner borders. It is, in his words, a “super flagship” and thus a true ultra-premium smartphone. He attached two photos of his announcement, one showing the screen protector and the other supposedly rendering the result on a future Apple phone.

Pro Max or Ultra?
This report is enough to revive rumors that the iPhone 15 Pro Max is actually called the iPhone 15 Ultra. At Apple the name Ultra has always been reserved for products that stand out from the rest of the range. The iPhone 14 Pro (2.17 mm), but with edges expected to be smaller than the Xiaomi 13 (1.81 mm), will come close again in Apple’s next range.
